Please note that many of our products are made to order. Every item has a different lead time, which is specified at the bottom of the product description.

When Will My Item Ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days providing stock availability. If an item is sold out or on backorder, you will wait approximately 5-6 weeks for the piece to be made. Domestic Cypriot orders are delivered for free through ACS Courier. International orders are shipped with DHL and the shipping cost is calculated at check out.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or company observed holidays:

- New Year's Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- 25th March
- 1st April
- 28th October
- 1st May
How Long Does It Take For A Custom Order To Ship?
All custom orders have a lead time of 5-6 weeks. When an item is ready it will be shipped and the estimated time of delivery will depend upon the destination.
We offer international shipping on most items. If an item does not appear to ship internationally, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the style name and we will do our best to accommodate your purchase.
Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment for countries outside the E.U may be subject to taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes! Please email@example.com for engraving on pieces where it is not noted on the product page, we are happy to try to execute it.
How do I clean my jewelry?
The only maintenance your jewelry needs is a gentle clean with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive jewelry wash. Please read our instructions for jewelry care for more information.
Can you size a ring from Politia?
Yes! We can size most rings. Please reach out firstname.lastname@example.org with any custom sizing requests.
What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange or return items which are not a custom made piece. You can exchange or return items for a store credit only within 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds.
Engraved or embossed products, custom or personalized products (including initials and lettering, custom size) are classed as a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Additionally, any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is a final sale.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing or repair by an outside jeweler, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
